Job Description

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA.

• Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals and develop a plan to achieve them in partnership with leadership.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, track progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments.
• Hire, develop, and retain Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.

• Previous manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.
