Job Overview
We are hiring a full‑time Spa Manager for our full‑service spa. The ideal candidate is goal‑oriented, growth‑mindset, with proven experience in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Membership conversion: coach and motivate the spa team to educate and delight clients, growing our Lifestyle Program.
- Revenue: drive revenue via scheduling, marketing, and service upgrades.
- Recruiting: build, train, and develop a passionate spa team.
- Operations: manage day‑to‑day operations, maintain member database, and deliver consistent client experiences.
- 2–3 years of management experience in the salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Flexible schedule to cover evenings, nights, and weekend days.
- Ability to promote the benefits of massage and skincare services.
- Competitive salary ($45,000 – $60,000 per year)
