We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technician. - Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and perform necessary repairs to maintain production efficiency.
- Equipment Setup and Adjustment: Assist in the installation, setup, and adjustment of new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- CNC Machine Maintenance Training: Participate in a comprehensive rotational training program where you will learn CNC machine maintenance, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance techniques.
- Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience with various types of manufacturing machinery and learn best practices in machine maintenance.
- Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced technicians and engineers to develop your technical skills and knowledge.

- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
