Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

• $24/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premiums (2nd / 3rd shifts)
• 2nd shift: $0.50/hr / 3pm-11pm
• 3rd shift: $1/hr / 11pm-7am
• Must be flexible for training including on 1st shift 7am -- 3pm
• Monday‑Fridays with Saturdays as needed

• Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
• Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
• Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
• Inspect product quality and minimize waste
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
• Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely

• 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
• Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable

• Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs
• Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
• Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
