Print / Finishing Production Operator (Wide Format) – Temp to Hire
Smyrna, GA
We are seeking an experienced Print Production Operator with wide format skills for a local client in Smyrna, GA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long‑term placement.
Responsibilities- Operate and maintain wide format printers (e.g., banners, signage, graphics)
- Prepare files for print production (RIP software, color correction, scaling)
- Load/unload materials and ensure proper alignment and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Meet production deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Finishing experience a plus
- Experience with wide format printing (HP Latex, Epson, Roland, etc. preferred)
- Familiarity with RIP software and design tools (Onyx, Caldera, Adobe Suite a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Full‑time hours 2nd or 3rd shift (overnight)
Pay range 18.00/hr - 19.00/hr
