Location: Smyrna, TN
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite, Night-shift hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM.
Starting Pay: $23.95/hr. (with guaranteed raises every 6 months up to $36.94/hr.)

We are currently looking for multiple Production Technicians to join our team in Smyrna, TN.
Job Expectations- Receive comprehensive training
- Assemble and install automotive parts to support vehicle production
- Operate a wide variety of air and/or battery power tools, hand tools, computerized or mechanical equipment
- Work while walking, standing, reaching, bending, crouching, or kneeling for set periods of time
- Follow directions to work in a collaborative manner within designated time frames
- Perform safety checks and quality inspections, proactively detect or respond to all safety instructions and alarms
- Work in a fast‑paced environment with machine sounds, noises and motorized equipment present
- Operate finished production vehicles for testing (in some cases, not all)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available for night shift and overtime onsite at our Smyrna plant
- Dependable and punctual attendance
- Demonstrated stable and verifiable work history (experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus)
- Able to lift and carry items weighing 25–50 lbs.
- Adherence to required dress code which includes uniform shirts, pants, and shoes (steel toe not required)
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs, gloves, goggles, or other items designated for your workstation
