Production Supervisor
Position: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2PM CST - 10:30PM CST, with some Weekends.
Full Time, Regular, Permanent contract. Organization:
Production.
- You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 1st Shift.
- You will supervise approximately 12-15 hourly Associates.
- On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates.
- You will manage daily production goals to ensure the production goals are met.
- You preferably have a Bachelor's degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- You have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company.
- Experience with Google or Microsoft administrative applications.
