This is a direct hire opportunity!

Pay Rate $22.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 2 00 pm to 10 00 pmCNC Technician Duties and Responsibilities Set up and troubleshoot CNC machines to maintain production and quality standards.

Read blueprints and inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.

Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine settings to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Monitor production, perform quality checks, and resolve machining issues.

Train and support machine operators while communicating production concerns.

Complete production documentation and maintain an organized work area.

Support safety, continuous improvement, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

CNC Technician Qualifications and Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

CNC setup and machining experience required.

Knowledge of CNC machining processes, G-Code, and M-Code functions required

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
