Well Be Senior Medical seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for in-home visits, telehealth consults, and care coordination. The RN will work with APPs and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care across the care continuum, including urgent interventions and education.
The role requires active RN licensure, 3+ years of direct patient care, CPR certification, and ability to travel locally. Weekend schedule on Saturdays and Sundays is included, with 10am–7pm EST hours (tentative).
