Registered Nurse - Operating Room​/Circulating - Full-Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care, practicing according to nursing standards and ethical guidelines.

Conducts comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized care using evidence-based practices. Partners with patients and families to ensure culturally competent care and promotes teamwork through effective communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Supports professional development by mentoring colleagues, engaging in research, and maintaining competency. Contributes to protocol development, resource management, and compliance with organizational policies and standards to optimize patient outcomes.

Holds an active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and a minimum of five years of direct patient care experience. Possesses strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies effectively.
