PACU RN - Part Time Night Shift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing personalized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. They practice under established models and standards, ensuring care aligns with evidence-based practices, patient preferences, and cultural considerations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care, partnering with patients and families to meet their goals.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor to other nurses and staff, fostering a professional and healthy work environment.
• Participate in protocol development, resource management, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Minimum 5 years of RN patient care experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
  Bachelors preferred.
• Valid RN license and certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS (or equivalents) required at hire.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in clinical technology and basic computer skills.
