Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiac Telemetry and Congestive Heart Failure, providing high-quality, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:Perform the nursing process, coordinate safe and individualized patient care, and practice according to clinical standards and ethical guidelines. Promote teamwork through effective communication, documentation, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Serve as a mentor or preceptor to support professional development. Advocate for evidence-based practice and participate in research activities to enhance care quality. Plan resource utilization and develop protocols to improve patient outcomes, including reducing readmissions and adverse events.
Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), BLS and ACLS certifications (including instructor/provisional if applicable). Less than one year of clinical experience required; direct patient care experience preferred. Demonstrates strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and commitment to professional growth.
