Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Total Joint, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:Perform the nursing process, coordinate interdisciplinary care, promote evidence-based practice, and support performance improvement initiatives. Foster teamwork, document care accurately, and uphold professional standards and ethical practices. Serve as a preceptor or mentor, participate in protocol development, and ensure resource efficiency. Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Deliver individualized, culturally competent care using critical thinking and clinical standards.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication and shared decision-making.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure safe, efficient care delivery.
- Engage in professional development, research, and quality improvement activities.
- Support system protocols and participate in data collection to improve patient outcomes.
Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred; active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact); BLS certification required. Less than one year of clinical experience preferred, with the ability to perform direct patient care.
