Smallcakes specializes in custom cupcakes baked fresh daily. Our daily offering includes - our signature flavor gourmet cupcakes apart from daily specials.

We are a growing business that strongly believes in a work / life balance, collaborative, open environment. We are looking for a Baker/Decorator who takes as much pride in our cupcakes and customers as we do. We offer flexibility to our workforce along with free cupcakes and employee discounts.

• Baking and Decorating Cupcakes following Smallcakes standards
• Wash and put away dishes after use
• Constant cleanup of work area

• 2 year of baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes experience
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and quickly
• Upbeat and engaging personality
• Impressive work ethic
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to stand long periods of time (minimum of 8 hours) with breaks
• Ability to do heavy lifting (at least 50lbs)

Career Growth will be in the form of additional responsibilities as inventory management, Training, designing for special events, Leadership rolls, etc.

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on skill level and once qualified on all tasks

  Baking/Decorating: 2 years (Required)

  Saturday and Sundays plus weekdays (Likely at least Thursday and Friday)
