Pay range based on experience: $15.00/hr to $16.00/hr.

Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) positions are integral to our stores, providing friendly, courteous service and handling sales, loans, and extensions in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) a plus.
• Sales background a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

Start as a trainee in our 5‑week paid training program and earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Continue to grow through the Pawnbroker Certification Program to earn an additional $1/hr advanced roles include Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader), Assistant Manager (6‑month training program), and store owner.
