Head Cashier

Sprouts Farmers Market -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of cashiers and provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks;
Ensure excellent customer service by proactively visiting registers and addressing issues at the front end;
Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements;
Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and address disciplinary actions as needed;
Maintain cash register supplies and store cleanliness (restrooms and parking areas) and monitor security of exit doors
