As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Helen Onwuzulike - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. The position requires taking care of existing client needs as well as prospecting for new clients and ongoing leads.

You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
  • Actively listen and pivot to multi‑line insurance products, offering insurance solutions that are in alignment with client goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Self‑motivated
  • People‑oriented
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Property & Casualty license must be obtained
  • Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
