Senior Designer

We’re looking for driven, creative individuals who love both design and sales to join our team as Senior Designers. If you enjoy helping clients transform their spaces while earning based on your performance, this role is a great fit.

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and measure spaces
• Design custom closet and storage solutions (training provided if needed)
• Present tailored designs and product solutions to clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from consultation to closing
• Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Proactively generate leads through networking and outreach
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for organization and design
• Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• $60K–$150K+ earning potential (commission + bonuses)
• Paid training: $600/week for the first 30 days
• $20 gas allowance per company-provided lead (post-training)
