Grinder Crusher Screen  has been in the heavy equipment business since 1973. We sell, broker, and support grinders, crushers, screening plants, and the wear parts that keep them running. Our customers are land clearing crews, recycling yards, compost operations, and contractors across the country. When their machine is down, they call us.

We are small, fast moving, and we promote from the inside.

This is an entry level seat in our parts department. You do not need equipment experience. You need to be reliable, comfortable on the phone, and willing to learn a real trade.

You will spend your day talking to customers. Some of them call us. Most of them we call. Your job is to keep our existing customers buying and to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Make outbound calls to past customers to check on their equipment, their wear parts usage, and their upcoming needs
• Answer inbound calls, help where you can, and route the rest to the right person quickly
• Quote parts orders (screens, wear tips, and related components) using our pricing guidelines
• Enter and maintain customer records, quotes, and follow ups in our CRM
• Follow up on open quotes until you get a yes or a no
• Coordinate with our parts and technical team on lead times, shipping, and order status
• Learn the equipment: what a grinder is, what a screen does, and why the right part matters

• Dependable and on time, every day
• Clear, confident phone communication and comfort making outbound calls
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our CRM (we will train you)
• Organized enough to track your own follow ups without being reminded
• Coachable, curious, and interested in learning an industry from the ground up
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Conversational Spanish
• Prior phone, retail, counter sales, or customer service experience
• Any exposure to parts, equipment, automotive, or construction

• $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience
• Part time or full time, we will build the schedule around the right person
• Hands on training in parts, pricing, and equipment
• A clear path into a sales career in an industry most people never hear about
