Chesley Brown International is seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Director of Security position at a Class A Office Property in Midtown-Atlanta, GA. The Assistant Director of Security (ADOS) reports to a Chesley Brown International Senior Director of Security and provides administrative and operational support in overseeing all security functions and personnel at the client location. The ADOS is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property on a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week basis, maintaining compliance with established security and emergency procedures, and assisting with budget management.
At the direction of the Senior Director of Security, the ADOS makes decisions related to daily operations, staffing, and the overall effectiveness of the security program.

1400–2200 (Off Wed/Thur);
Flexibility Required
- A four-year degree from an accredited university, or college or an equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential elements of the position.
- Previous security in a supervisory capacity or law enforcement experience.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- No criminal record and can pass a background check and drug screening.
- MUST be comfortable with excel and other programs of Microsoft office.
- Previous experience of managing a large security operation is highly desired.

- Assist in managing daily security operations and maintaining security standards.
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures.
- Monitor incidents, emergency responses, and security communications.
- Maintain crime, incident, and operational reporting systems.
- Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, payroll submissions, and records management.
- Build and maintain relationships with property management, tenants, law enforcement, fire services, and the public.
- Support recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development of security staff.
- Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to uniform and operational standards.
- Participate in client, tenant, community, and public safety meetings as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing security programs, crime-prevention initiatives, and emergency response plans.
