• Perform high quality water mitigation services
• Operate water extraction equipment
• Execute demolition tasks as needed
• Clean up and remove debris from drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
• Set up the van at the job site using the proper set‑up procedures
• Establish containment, decontaminate, and monitor remediation equipment
• Conduct job cleanup and breakdown
• Lead a work crew effectively

• IICRC certification preferred, but not required
• Experience in water mitigation
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Capable of climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, and operating in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Willing to participate in an on‑call rotation work schedule
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving history
