• 5‑10+ years’ experience in commercial refrigeration (walk‑in freezers, coolers, reach‑in freezers, ice machines)
• Commercial HVAC experience (split systems, package units, make‑up air units, exhaust systems, building balancing)
• Commercial cooking equipment experience (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers)
• Strong desire to continue company‑provided education on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, or hot‑side equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on‑call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
• Technical degrees and certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
