Demonstrates exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues for diverse clients across various industries. Highly customer‑focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the US and Canada;
holds a valid driver’s license.
