Maintenance Technician--EPA Certified
Location: Smyrna, GA
Pay: $22-$26per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week with occasional overtime as needed)
On-Call: Rotating schedule (1-in-3)
Overview:Execu Source is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a reputable property management group in Atlanta. This opportunity is based at a 250-unit multifamily community in the Smyrna area. You'll be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Perform routine maintenance tasks inside and outside the property
- Prepare apartments for move-in using detailed maintenance punch lists
- Assist in ordering and tracking maintenance supplies
- Handle HVAC and Freon-related work in compliance with EPA regulations
- Maintain company tools, keys, and communication equipment
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Provide excellent service to residents and maintain a professional image
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
- 1-2 years of experience in apartment or facilities maintenance
- EPA and HVAC certifications required
- CPO certification preferred (or willingness to train)
- Must have personal tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Availability for occasional overtime and on-call duties
