Senior Software Engineer- Testing

Skills:

No on-the-job training provided. Experience with all skills required. Requires Travel/Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for various short and long-term assignments. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS or related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or as a Computer Software Professional. Will also accept Master’s degree in Comp Sci, Engg (any) or related and 3 years of experience as a Computer Software Professional.

Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Lead teams to perform automated and manual testing of software applications using Quality Center, Load Runner, Quick Test Pro, Selenium, Test Partner. Plan and coordinate all testing activities, including test plans, strategy, STLC/QALC &, RTM under Agile Environment. Perform functional, system performance, white box and integration testing. Prepare automated Test Scripts by using TSL/VB Script/Java Script. Initiate and conduct meeting with customers to understand functionality to define testing strategy, QA Methodology.

Responsible for testing deliverables. Train and guide team on testing standards and procedures.

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Computer Information Systems, or a related field and one year of relevant progressive software automated and manual testing experience.
