Monday-Friday 6:30am-5pm availability (occasional Saturdays based on business need)

Brand Safway is seeking a dependable and safety‑focused Non-CDL Driver/Laborer to support daily operations by transporting employees, materials, and equipment to and from job sites. This role requires operating company vans or buses, assisting with loading and unloading materials, and supporting general craft, warehouse, or yard activities as needed. The ideal candidate is a team player who prioritizes safety, punctuality, and customer service.

• Safely operate company vans, buses, or other non‑CDL vehicles to transport employees to and from project sites.
• Follow designated routes and schedules while complying with all company policies and traffic regulations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs and vehicle records as required.
• Support yard, warehouse, and craft operations during non‑driving periods.
• Assist with material organization, inventory movement, and housekeeping activities.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• 50% driving, 50% labor

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate vans, buses, and other non‑CDL vehicles.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Previous experience in construction, industrial, maintenance, warehouse, or transportation environments.
• Experience transporting personnel and handling materials or equipment.
• Familiarity with DOT and vehicle safety requirements.

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and carry materials.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles multiple times throughout the day.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
