Warehouse Clerk (Temp‑to‑Perm Opportunity)

Onsite at Smyrna, GA 30082

- TYPE: 100% ONSITE

- Work Schedule:

40 hours per week

- Work Hours:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Tentative Hourly Rate:
Up to $19 per hour

- Temp‑to‑Perm:
Yes, based on performance

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and accurately log inbound shipments.

- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment.

- Perform inventory transactions using Epicor ERP (training provided).

- Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.

- Assist with returns, refurbished inventory, and reverse logistics processes.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and lifts (as certified).

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.

- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or process issues promptly.

- Support special shipments for customers, partners, trade shows, and events.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

- Comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ year experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.

- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (Epicor preferred).

- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Team‑oriented mindset with strong accountability and dependability.
