Overview
United is the largest beverage alcohol wholesaler in Georgia and Alabama. The company focuses on growth and operates with a team of sales representatives and brand builders who recognize synergies across alcohol categories.
Responsibilities- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, overseeing inventory, staging, rotation, breakdown, replenishment, returns, order fulfillment, and quality control.
- Collaborate with the team to meet nightly goals; train, develop, evaluate, and motivate team members.
- Define expectations, monitor progress, and analyze needs to assign work and projects as needed.
- Maintain productivity to meet volume, goals, and new programs; investigate problems and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise safety and ensure safe performance of duties; facilitate team meetings as requested by the Area Manager.
- Forecast staffing needs and perform other duties as assigned, including covering for associates when needed.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; or High School Diploma or GED plus three or more years of related experience in transportation, delivery, or logistics.
- Prior experience in and understanding of warehouse operations.
- Able to learn and maintain knowledge of the company and products; working knowledge of computerized hand-held devices.

- Must be able to handle varying sizes and weights, with repeated lifting up to 50–65 lbs and some overhead lifting.
- Specific vision abilities including close and distance vision; ability to judge distance.
