This individual is responsible for upkeep of the facility/grounds, cleanliness of the warehouse and orderliness of the breakage department and repackaging of damaged product.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse
• Ensure the breakage area is kept clean and orderly
• Properly repackage damaged products to meet supplier and N. K. S. requirements
• Returning products to inventory
• Safely operating equipment to clean the warehouse, including, but not limited to the floor scrubber.
• Sweeping floors
• Miscellaneous cleaning duties of the facility
• General building and grounds maintenance
• Cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Reporting to manager when supplies are needed for the warehouse and breakage area
• Upkeep of the employee break area
• Throwing out garbage/recycling
• Enter information on proper forms daily and forward to inventory person or Warehouse Manager
• Check code on all cases
• Maintain adequate inventory of breakage suppliers, e.g. repack material, glue, staples
• Responsible for snow removal from facility, e.g. sidewalks, driveway, parking lot, etc.
• Expected to work days and weekends, as needed
• May be directed by Operations Management as deemed fit
• Performs all additional duties, as assigned

• High School diploma or GED or two or four year’s related experience.
• Beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively and effectively with various types of people.
• Strong internal and external communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks and time to ensure completion of all daily projects.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Valid class D driver's license and driving record that meets with company guidelines.
• Must be 18 years of age.

• Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate using the English Language.
• The ability to read, prepare, analyze and interpret instructions for merchandise displays.
• Must be able to communicate information and respond to questions (verbally and in written form) effectively with customers, company personnel, and suppliers.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding, interpret and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• The ability to prioritize responsibilities and work effectively while dealing with a variety of requests throughout the day as well as the ability to recognize and solve customer problems that are related to the delivery and pick up of product.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb ladders and bend for extensive periods of time.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to maneuver in high, low, and tight areas.
• The job requires the use of hands, (to finger, handle, or feel) specifically for, but not limited to moving, loading and unloading product in and out of trucks.
• The employee must lift and/or move or push/pull up to 165 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver up to 250 pounds with the use of a two-wheel dolly effectively.
• Specific vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Hearing and speech are also required communication skills.

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and typical of a warehouse environment.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, dusty conditions, outside weather conditions, including wet/and or humid conditions, and machinery with moving parts.
