Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing documents and information. Maintains records or logs, verifies completion and accuracy of information, and sets up and maintains files and records.

Essential Functions
  • Provide administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years or more of administrative and clerical support experience.
Travel
  • No DOT regulated travel.

Compensation Information
  • Hourly Pay: $21.00 – $22.00.
