Executive Assistant – Manufacturing Leader
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday through Friday.

Our client is a growing manufacturing organization seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the VP of Operations.
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Review and assist with financial reports, invoices, and operational documentation.
- Serve as the primary translator and interpreter for verbal and written communications between English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Ensure accurate and confidential translation of meetings, emails, and technical documentation.
- Maintain production work orders within SAP.
- Coordinate daily production schedules and material transfers between manufacturing facilities.
- Work closely with production departments to resolve scheduling and operational issues while communicating updates to leadership.
- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support additional administrative and operational projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2‑4 years of executive administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of Cost Accounting experience.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, and executive‑level communications.
