• Lead end-to-end site operations, owning production, cost control, and safety outcomes
• Drive performance through KPI delivery, optimizing plant efficiency and mining output
• Act as the senior site representative with regulators, local stakeholders, and industry bodies
• Build and develop a capable leadership team across operations, maintenance, and processing

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale mining or heavy industrial operations
• Strong commercial understanding of cost, productivity, and operational planning
• Experience across both processing plants and open-pit mining environments
• Ability to elevate safety standards while improving team capability and performance
