- The starting annual salary for this position is between $90,000.00 and $ based on your prior work experience.

Key Responsibilities- Support the 6- to 12-month heavy maintenance forecast and confirm provider capacity, labor, hangar space, tooling, materials, and specialized services.
- Review and stabilize the visit work scope, planning package, contract requirements, company-furnished material, and anticipated engineering, inspection, and records support.
- Establish pre-induction milestones, critical path, reporting cadence, approval limits, escalation paths, and aircraft delivery requirements.
- Serve as the primary provider contact; lead daily production reviews and report progress, estimated return to service, open work, shortages, risks, decisions required, and recovery actions.
- Monitor compliance with the approved work scope, contract, Contour's General Maintenance Manual and maintenance program, applicable technical data, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate Planning, Engineering, Materials, Quality, Records, Maintenance Control, Operations, and provider support to remove production constraints and obtain timely technical dispositions.
- Monitor workmanship, materials, parts traceability, inspection requirements, work-card closure, non-routine records, engineering documents, and required system entries.
- Evaluate non-routine proposals, labor estimates, materials, outside services, and out-of-pocket charges; approve or route expenditures within delegated authority.
- Track milestones, budget, and cost-to-complete; review invoices and identify unsupported, duplicate, warranty, rework, or disputed charges.
- Coordinate aircraft movements, operational checks, engine or APU runs, functional check flights, and delivery activities with authorized personnel.
- Promptly escalates safety, quality, schedule, cost, or contractual risks to the MRO Director of Maintenance and support corrective or recovery actions.
