Contour is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Director of Commercial Planning to lead the company’s network planning, commercial forecasting, route performance analysis, and strategic growth evaluation.

The Director of Commercial Planning will play a central role in determining where and how Contour deploys its aircraft, evaluates new market opportunities, optimizes existing routes, and develops the analytical foundation for major commercial decisions. The position will work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, and the Operations Teams.

This is a highly visible role with direct influence on Contour’s growth strategy and financial performance. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative and financial skills with practical airline commercial judgment and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and executable decisions.

The successful candidate will be intellectually curious, highly analytical, commercially aggressive, and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment. This individual should be equally comfortable building a detailed route profitability model, challenging the assumptions behind a forecast, and presenting a concise recommendation to both internal and external stakeholders.
