gpac is seeking a driven and experienced Civil Estimator in Smyrna, TN to support and grow our civil construction capabilities. This role involves estimating full civil/site development scopes and performing detailed takeoffs and pricing in coordination with subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading, and concrete. This position provides a clear path to Preconstruction Manager/Chief Estimator as our operations expand.
