Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex industrial construction projects. This individual will be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting industrial construction projects and understands the challenges associated with large-scale facilities, including site development, structural construction, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and commissioning activities.
Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day construction activities across industrial construction projects.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks that could impact schedule, safety, budget, or quality.
- Ensure compliance with all site safety requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and quality reviews.
- Manage construction meetings and provide detailed project status updates to leadership and clients.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Support procurement and material management activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Resolve field issues and facilitate effective communication between construction and engineering teams.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Support startup, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
- Mentor field personnel and promote a strong safety-first culture.
