PatchitUP Drywall in Smyrna, TN is seeking a motivated B.E.S.T. Representative (CSR/Dispatcher) to coordinate field work using Service Titan and deliver excellent customer service. You will schedule and dispatch technicians, communicate with customers and management, and maintain timely bookings.
The role requires strong phone skills, multitasking, and English fluency (Spanish a plus). Hybrid work flexibility is available, with standard daytime hours Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
