Junior Cad/Revit Designer

We are looking for a Junior CAD Designer to join our client's team to grow their career in the design space. This organization is well established and would be a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience. We are looking for someone that has some experience working as a CAD designer or has a related degree with some real-world exposure through an education, apprenticeship, or internship program.

Candidate Profile

• High School Diploma or GED
• Working exposure to Revit or Revit Certification
• Certificate for Auto Cad or 6 months experience working in AutoCAD (College internships count towards this, recent grads invited to apply)
• Exposure to the food service industry or willingness/desire to design products within it
• Exposure to point clouds, laser scanning, Autodesk Vault, and Inventor is preferred but not required

Scope Of Work

• Communicate with all internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to ensure the project is completed in an efficient manner
• Prepares scale existing condition (as-built) drawings, documentation, 3D models and 2D plans by converting data collected on-site by advanced site capturing methods including but not limited to laser scanning, point clouds, asset data information, photos, and floor plan sketches.
• Prepares scale to remodel and new construction kitchen proposal drawings, documentation, 3d models, and 2D plans for review by the customer for operational consideration.
• Create drawings for various project efforts for internal and external project consultant, as well as team members and owners
• Coordinate with install teams to ensure a smooth process
• Interact with customers throughout the process to define and refine the product that they desire
• Act as a liaison for various design efforts, manufacturing and install efforts related to products this team is responsible for
