Valeo is seeking an Injection Molding Process Engineer in Smyrna, TN. You will support the Injection Molding Team, plan and coordinate industrial engineering assignments, and analyze issues with site leadership to ensure operational excellence.
You will drive QRQC, 5S and problem-solving initiatives while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. The role requires a technical Associate degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years in injection molding engineering, ideally in automotive.
