The role involves complex assignments focused on sales, client experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Engage clients proactively to identify financial needs related to deposits, loans, and referrals to other banking services.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ goals, utilizing comprehensive product knowledge.
• Support sales growth by guiding clients through deposit and loan options, opening accounts, and making referrals.
• Conduct regular outreach and support a high-quality client experience, resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in training staff, ensuring operational compliance, and maintaining risk management standards.

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.
• Compliance with banking regulations and background checks required.
