Seven Healthcare is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Travel ICU Registered Nurse in Smyrna, Tennessee. This assignment includes a weekly blended rate of $1,900, based on three 12‑hour night shifts. This role is ideal for an experienced ICU RN confident in managing high‑acuity patients and responding quickly to rapidly changing clinical conditions.

Key Responsibilities of the ICU RN

Deliver advanced critical‑care nursing to unstable and high‑acuity patients
Manage ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive drips
Perform detailed assessments and respond rapidly to changes
Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
Provide emotional support and communication to families
Document thoroughly in accordance with ICU standards
Maintain strict safety and infection‑control protocols

Requirements of the ICU RN

Active Tennessee RN license or compact eligibility
Current BLS and ACLS; PALS preferred
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
