Staffmark is hiring a Bench Jeweler for a direct-hire opportunity in Smyrna, TN!
Pay & Schedule- Pay: $22-$26/hr (based on experience)
- Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Repair and service client jewelry while ensuring quality and timely turnaround.
- Maintain safe accountability of gemstones, diamonds, and metals used in repairs.
- Perform approximately 20 repairs per day to meet production goals.
- 2+ years' experience in jewelry repair, including sizing, chain repair, prong/stone setting, stone tightening, shank work, polishing, and finishing.
- Proficient in using a microscope and reading instructions for accurate repairs.
- Willingness to train others and share expertise.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Ability to pass a bench test.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of invisible set repairs, production work, laser engraving, and laser welding is a plus.
