Randstad at Topre is Hiring – Assemblers Needed! Looking to build a career in manufacturing? Randstad is now hiring Assemblers to join the team at Topre, a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Smyrna, TN. As an assembler, you’ll be responsible for putting together products at various stages of production, following detailed guidelines and specifications.

You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment where safety, cleanliness, and quality come first. Daily tasks include maintaining your work area, performing basic equipment checks, and troubleshooting any issues. This role involves physical activity such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.

Salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour.

Shift: Third (6 PM – 6 AM).

Education:

No degree required.

As an assembler, you will assemble products from various stages according to guidelines and specifications. You will maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations. You will also ensure equipment remains operational by performing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs when needed.
