** Job Overview*
* We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented  
** Machine Operator / Production Associate
** to join our manufacturing team. This position involves operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate manufacturing equipment including:

+ Resistance welding machines

+ Brake presses and mechanical power presses

+ Saws, drills, and grinders

+ Monitor machine operations and identify malfunctions; perform minor adjustments as needed

+ Ensure all finished products meet quality and specification standards

+ Pack finished materials into dunnage and prepare for shipment

+ Load and unload materials and equipment

+ Complete production tickets, process monitoring documentation, and reports accurately

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

+ Consistently meet daily production goals

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED preferred

+ 0-2 years of manufacturing or production experience

+ Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs

+ Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment

** Work Environment*
* + Manufacturing setting with exposure to:

+ Machinery, noise, and temperature fluctuations

+ Moving equipment and production lines

+ Requires physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift

+ No travel required
