laborup is hiring CNC Machinists for its precision medical machine shop in Smyrna, TN. You’ll set up and run high-mix, low-volume jobs on 5-axis mills, horizontal mills, and Swiss-style lathes, owning each job from print to first-piece inspection.
On-site onboarding starts with 2+ months of training. Expect 2nd shift, 50-hour guaranteed schedule, and OT opportunities while machining critical medical parts to tight tolerances.
