Perform Quality inspections and records data Operates computer systems to identify tank production data Works in accordance with Standard Work Instructions and Quality Alerts Record and report any equipment malfunctions, abnormal product quality or any process that is found to be out of specification Follow standard reaction plan (labels, bins, INTRACE) Complete required documents (shift logs, traceability etc.) Perform basic troubleshooting of production disruptions such as resettling faults and clearing jammed components.
Perform first level preventative maintenance such as checking fluid levels, gauges, and replacing components. Keep assigned area and equipment clean, safe and orderly Other Requirements Authority and responsibility to stop production when a quality or safety issue arises Work requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing Must comply with all work rules, policies, procedures and work instructions Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis Work requires working under high and low temperatures at certain times At OPmobility, people truly matter.
