Marelli is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the Manufacturing Operations team at our Smyrna, TN facility. You will oversee day‑to‑day production, coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to meet customer demand and PBM goals, while maintaining safety and cost objectives.
You will evaluate schedules, guide staff, monitor quality, and drive continuous improvement with 3S/5S and Lean practices. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and supervisory experience at various levels;
