Your mission

As a Mechanical Assembly and Finishing Specialist, you’ll be a versatile contributor on our shop floor. You’ll rotate across operations—supporting the paint line, unloading the laser (breaking parts out of the laser-cut sheets), performing sub-assemblies per work orders, assisting machine operators, and packing/crating for shipment—while upholding safety, quality, and delivery standards.

Zero-compromise safety: follow rules, maintain orderly work spaces, and report equipment issues immediately.

Precision quality: verify against job tickets, catch defects early, self-inspect, and complete documentation accurately.

Dependable delivery: keep material moving—hang/unhang parts for finishing, help load/unload, and ship on time.

Qualifications Required At  least 1 year in a manufacturing, warehouse, or construction setting.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Mechanical inclination and solid basic math.

Close attention to detail within exacting tolerances.

Experience with computerized manufacturing systems.

Effective written and verbal communication.

Overhead crane operation experience.

Self-driven; successful independently and in teams.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
