We have an immediate opening for a Production team member.

1st shift Monday through Friday Pay rate $21

5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

Maintain laminator conveyor parameters as product completes roll adhesion process.

Ensure product quality and adjust timing as needed by production demand.

Log labor and material used in the production of product.

Use assisted lifting techniques (winches or clasps) to load/unload product.

Roll, box, stack and label finished product.

Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in designated work areas.

React positively to change and

Able to work overtime as necessary.

Qualifications

Three (3) months manufacturing or warehouse experience and/or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities.
Ability to communicate in English.
Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform assisted lifts and/or lift 35 to 45 pounds regularly.
Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas.
This position requires good attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Reliable attendance is a must.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
