Del Conca USA in Loudon, TN, seeks a Ceramic Kiln Process Technician to monitor unloading, kiln entrance, kiln, exit, and loading areas for smooth tile flow and quality. You’ll pause the line to clear jams, reset machines, and maintain a clean, safe workspace across shifts.
Responsibilities include following LOTO and E-stop procedures, wearing PPE, inspecting tiles through kiln spy windows, coordinating with maintenance, and sustaining production efficiency and safety on the floor.
